Resources

The following Resource Guide offers a glimpse of some of the many resources that we have found to be helpful in understanding the essential role of balance in our lives. Note that most of these materials relate to more than a single dimension of balance, and although they are assigned to a single category for the purpose of this Guide, their benefits have far reaching applications that span different realms of living in balance. If you are on-line, the websites offered here are virtual treasuries of resources, insights, and opportunities for further inquiry and discovery.
