All My Relations:
Awakening Wisdom and Compassion on the Path of Deep Relationship
With
Joel & Michelle Levey

Aug. 7-12, 2004

at Indralaya on Orcas Island, Washington

with Joel & Michelle Levey

Joel and Michelle lead the workshop at Indralaya.

"Compassion is the keen awareness of the interdependence of all things."
--Thomas Merton

"When we seek for connection we restore the world to wholeness. Our seemingly separate lives become meaningful when we realize how truly necessary we are to each other."
--Margaret Wheatley

"A human being is part of the whole called by us the Universe.
We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest --a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures, and the whole of nature in its beauty."

---Albert Einstein

In these amazingly complex times we are continually reminded of how profoundly our lives weave together with "all our relations." As an endangered species on an endangered planet, the importance of deepening the peace, wisdom, courage, compassion, resilience, integrity, and wholeness that we weave into the fabric of our lives is significantly heightened. In this spirit, Joel & Michelle Levey will draw inspiration from many modern & ancient wisdom & inner science traditions and guide us in a variety of treasured and time-honored practices for finding our place in the circle of life. Together we will practice peace through deepening our experience of interbeing; awakening deeper intuition, and opening to a greater sense of the sacred Mystery we share with all creation. This retreat offers a precious opportunity to:

* Deepen your practice of meditation
* Integrate mindful presence into everyday life-work
* Learn about the science of consciousness
* Embrace the Path of wisdom & fierce compassion
* Discover the Power of Peace & Presence
* Dance with Mastery, Mystery, & Deep Change
* Explore Living in Balance, Wholeness, & Integrity
* Deepen your sense of interbeing & deep connection
* Flow with moving meditations
* Enjoy the pristine natural beauty of Orcas Island
* Explore silence, heartfelt sharing, and the support of a community of kindred souls on the Journey of a lifetime

Quiet reflective time will be balanced with shared reflection and time in nature. Open time will allow for reading, resting, journaling, swimming, hiking, adventures, or strolls into the nearby village of Eastsound.

Beginners as well as those well-seasoned self-mastery disciplines will find profoundly practical value in this inspiring transformational program. Come prepared to savor the miracle of each mindful moment, to celebrate your place in the sacred circle of life, and to awaken more deeply to your true nature and the highest potentials of all our relations.

"Without a global revolution in the sphere of human consciousness, nothing will change for the better in the sphere of our being as humans, and the catastrophe towards which this world is headed - be it ecological, social, demographic or a general breakdown of civilization - will be unavoidable. . .
