Breakthroughs in Creativity and Innovation

Raising Our Personal and Collective Cognition to Wiser Levels

Have you ever yearned to find a solution for a complex design challenge that could improve the quality of life?

Have you ever glimpsed the potential of your own creative spirit to source the inspiration and guidance needed to help support the emergence of a better world?

Have you ever witnessed the magnificence of an innovation team tapping the power of their collective wisdom and creative intelligence to bring their innovations on-line in ways that change our world – for the better?

Considering various future scenarios in our world and work, our unique approach to breakthrough innovation begins with the premise that we cannot solve a problem at the same level of thinking (consciousness) that created it.

"The world we have made as a result of the level of the thinking we have done thus far

creates problems that we cannot solve at the same level (of consciousness) at which we have created them. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if humankind is to survive.”

Einstein

Participants will learn to understand, develop, and raise their creative intelligence and potentials for breakthroughs in creativity and innovation through a rich blend of dynamic personal and collective intelligence skills that are profoundly needed in these VUCA times (i.e. Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous times).

These enhanced skills include:

- Learning to read the world with mindful, clear presence

- Understanding the generative nature of personal and collective intelligence

- Understanding the phases and stages of the creative process

- Tapping the power of mindfulness, deep reflections, and quiet mind skills for recognizing dynamic breakthrough ideas

- Personal and team protocols for discovering innovative responses to opportunities and challenges

- Learning to listen to whispers and not wait for screams

- Developing our capacity to embrace ambiguity as a vital skill for becoming more creative, both as individuals and as teams

  1. -Applying integral insights from complexity science and neuropsychology of creativity

  2. - Developing synergy through dynamic tension of knowing and unknowing, mastery and mastery, generative and receptive mind skills.

This dynamic, highly interactive, and experiential learning experience can be adapted to meet the creative needs and interests of a wide range of audiences – ranging from intimate explorations with small, intact creative design teams, to keynote presentations for larger audiences and diverse groups of professionals seeking to increase their capacity for breakthroughs in innovation that contribute to the triple bottom line.

Embracing the creative imperatives of these dangerous and exciting times, this compelling workshop is intended to inspire those who seek to discover solutions and creative responses to the design challenges of these times by refining their cognitive capacity to access more refined and creative levels of personal and collective consciousness.

Weaving a wide array of insights and methods from their extensive experience guiding creative teams around the globe into the frontiers of innovation research, the Leveys will share perspectives from many arenas including:
