Program Description:

“The real voyage of discovery lies not in seeking new landscapes,
but in having new eyes.”
— Marcel Proust

Each of us comes bundled with extraordinary capacities for wisdom, well-being, mental focus, resilience, and creativity that are rarely discovered or realized. With our busy lives in challenging times, we are all stretched to manage our mind, emotions, energy, and attention in healthy, meaningful, and productive ways.  The inner technologies of mindfulness and meditation help us to unbundle, activate, embody, and inspire those potentials through our lives and work.  This special workshop with two pioneers in mind fitness, contemplative science, and extraordinary human performance offers a wealth of profoundly practical skills and insights regarding:
–       The varieties of mind fitness practices
–       The profoundly practical application of these methods in our lives and work
–       Neuroplasticity: How when we train our minds, we change our brains, and transform our world
–       Compelling insights from evidence-based research
–       Time to explore your questions
